  The push for more appointments is annoying. My therapist was only 2 weeks out of massage school, and while he was very kind it was obvious that he was not as experienced. Rates should vary based on experience. Finally, the massage was one of the most expensive in town, yet the service didn’t provide anything extra to justify the cost. In fact, at least the local spas offer you water or hot tea. One more thing. The intake person doesn’t need to ask your trouble areas. The massage therapist should ask that, as them reading the info on an iPad isn’t nearly as impactful as a one on one convo with the therapist,

  I am highly disappointed in Massage Envy's new tip program, Tippy. To add a convenience fee on top of a tip for the service provider is absurd. This is taking advantage of your clients and risking that your service providers receive less tip than they usually would. GET RID OF TIPPY and allow clients to tip as they used to. This is a cop out for Massage Envy so they don't have to be the middle person for the tip. After I had my relaxing massage, I go to take care of my services, get asked if I want to leave a tip and then the desk receptionist comes around the desk and introduces Tippy and only then shares that there is a fee associated with leaving a tip in that manner. There goes the relaxation of the massage! I have been a client of massage envy for 15 or so years.....in multiple states. This is poor, Massage Envy!!!

  I've said it several times before, and I will say it again. Tresdon is a very good and professional at his job. He listens to my needs, and then he provides a very therapeutic service. I do not have words to describe how much he has helped improve my overall health and well-being. Thank you Tresdon!!!

  The staff are very professional and it is easy to schedule sessions either online or by phone. I'm very pleased with the skill level of the massage therapists and that they are attentive to concentrating on the areas I indicate as needing most attention.

  Not keeping the same therapists. Seems to be a lot of change in employees You pay for an hour massage. They get you 5 minutes after the time. You lay on the table for 5 minutes before they get in. They stop at 10 till. You only get 40 minutes of work but pay for 60.

  I DID NOT book an appointment at this location. I merely checked to see if there was availability during the time I could go. I got a notification that I was late for an appointment (that I did not book). I called to say that I didn't book an appointment because there wasn't an appointment time that worked for my schedule. Nonetheless, my account was docked the full amount of the service. I have been a member for 4 years and always have credits on my account (aka, they get paid month after month while I ask for nothing in return for my hard earned money). I have never missed an appointment that was legitimately booked. Yet, I'm penalized for missing an imaginary appointment. I have canceled my membership.
